There is no communication to tenants about when services are going to happen so they can prepare.
There seems to be a problem with mice. If we could find away to get rid of them in the apartments, that would be great.
Extremely impressed by how the property is managed and how VERY good the maintenance team is ... Hopefully there will not be a rent increase enabling us to extend our current lease for another year.
I think the brick colored doors and the ecru shutters and trim need a facelift
Every apartment should be allowed 1 assigned parking spot at no charge. I am the only person living in my apartment and sometimes I work odd hours and cannot find a parking spot anywhere near my building. This is usually due to neighbors' friends/family visiting and taking the spots. I should not have to pay extra for 1 spot while other apartments take up multiple spots with multiple cars.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
