The superintendent at Towne Gardens is extremely helpful and attentive.
I love the location across from Drew University and the short walk into town or the train station. I have friends living in other units in the complex which is great for meeting socially. My work location is also close enough that I can walk. My only complaint is that the power breakers for all the units near me are in my basement, so on only one or two occasions there was a need to enter my unit associated with problems in other units.
As moderately large complex; It is run extremely well. Both inside and outside (the grounds). Our resident super seems to have everything under control here. The parking issues remain a concern. Every last inch is being utilized.
The parking is really bad. There are not enough spots for the residents so it becomes very difficult to park after 5pm.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
