My comment regarss aconcern I have already shared with the office staff many times. Lumberton Apartments advertises that the apartments have washer dryers. Mine in fact does not and they refuse to install one in my unit. I have lived in the apartment I am in now for 5 or 6 years but in this complex for over 30 years.On this issue I am more than extremely dissatisfied and the older I get the harder it becomes!
Thanks for taking the time to tell us what you think! Glad we are doing well but we can also make some improvements to make our service outstanding. Our property team has already responded directly to our certified resident to see how we can make their apartment living experience that much better.
The stockade fence to the rear of bldg. 200 was partially painted red a few years ago. This looks bad and should be completed. The red certainly looks better than weather beaten old remnants.
