We have resided here for a number of years. During the past two years many improvements have been made, upgrades in all buildings in and out. On site management and maintenance are excellent, always willing and ready to do anything to make this complex what it is today. Unfortunately the pool was taken out a few years back, the pool was a plus! Within the last year a landscaping company has taken over, in our opinion they are not doing a good job, they overlook many things.
I love my townhouse & I feel safe living in this community. It's a Blessing to live in this quiet & peaceful environment.
White Pine has been a very satisfying place for me to live. The location is a bit of a distance from local businesses (shopping, post office, etc.), so it would be helpful to have a car. There is a bus stop nearby, so I use public transit regularly. The area around White Pine is pleasantly wooded and very quiet. My apartment is a comfortable, spacious unit with renovated kitchen and bathroom, but I have to go to the neighboring building to do laundry. In any case, I really like living here.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
