I've enjoyed living at Curling Club for several years. The apartments have a good amount of storage space and I love my balcony and the convenience of having a washer/dryer, and I value the fact that the community has a gym, package delivery system (easy to pick up packages after a late day at work!), and dry cleaning. The management staff is always helpful and maintenance is very responsive, which is a huge change over my prior Hoboken residence. Residents are friendly and it's a convenient place to live - close enough to the hustle and bustle of Washington Street, but far enough away for privacy! Also love the option of taking the bus into the City or hopping on the Curling Club shuttle to the Path!
I love living at the Rivington; is right in front of my son's school, is quiet at night and the staff is very polite and friendly.
Great place where is convenient to live.
Curling club apartment is a cozy place to live. We enjoyed live here with our first baby girl. The staffs are very nice and polite. Services are getting better.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

North Jersey TPK to exit 16E. Follow signs to Lincoln Tunnel to last exit N.J. Hoboken/Weehawkin. Take a right at end onto Boulevard East, which becomes Park Over Bridge. Right onto 14th, left onto Willow, right onto 11th, right on Adams. From Lincoln Tunnel, stay right, exiting tunnel. Take first exit to Hoboken. Exit merges and becomes Willow. Six blocks to a right onto 11th to Adams.
