Building and location are great, as is the entire staff. While some may appreciate the ability to do service requests via online system, we feel that it is a burden. Life would be much simpler if we could still make requests via email or in person as well. Same for electronic check via physical check. Electronic is simple but it sometimes the flexibility of paying with a physical check is easier.
The management team is excellent, Don Meyers has been a pleasure to deal with,he is a very professional, consideret gentleman. My apartment is beautiful the building is kept clean and modern. I've lived in Hudson Square North for over 10 years and I have absolutely No complaints about anything.
Staff & rest is great! But Rents are way way too high for Hoboken, if they keep going up I will go back to NYC. Have been here over 8 years and would like to stay and not get priced out. I mean how much $ does one need? Would like to see reductions or rent stay the same once in a while. Greed is not Good!
Also there should not be a charge to unplug the tub, that's basic maintenance.
They raise the rent too much. Especially when you have loyal/good tenants.
They don't provide more for the money. I love living there tho, location, convenience, etc. Should offer 2 year leases...like they used to.
There are a lot of families in the building which is great, but specifically on my floor, they let their children play in the hallways. Everything from soccer to bike riding and it is incredibly noisy. I live in a studio apartment and the noise just permeates my entire space.
