Building and location are great, as is the entire staff. While some may appreciate the ability to do service requests via online system, we feel that it is a burden. Life would be much simpler if we could still make requests via email or in person as well. Same for electronic check via physical check. Electronic is simple but it sometimes the flexibility of paying with a physical check is easier.
The management team is excellent, Don Meyers has been a pleasure to deal with,he is a very professional, consideret gentleman. My apartment is beautiful the building is kept clean and modern. I've lived in Hudson Square North for over 10 years and I have absolutely No complaints about anything.
Lobbies are in poor condition, peeling wallpaper, poorly lit and scratched and damaged tiles. The same can be said for the hallways.
There are a lot of families in the building which is great, but specifically on my floor, they let their children play in the hallways. Everything from soccer to bike riding and it is incredibly noisy. I live in a studio apartment and the noise just permeates my entire space.
Elevator often breaks. Not fair how some apartments have upgraded appliances and others do not. Charges for certain maintaince items are too high.
