Anytime I needed a repair , it was responded to very quickly. Office staff was always friendly and knowledgable and willing to answer questions.My one complaint as a resident of a nonsmoking apartment would be to have a sign outside that says "no smoking within however many feet of building." People would smoke outside and it would permeate through the windows. .
I would have rated it excellent if (1) the bathroom had a fan, (2) the toilet flushed better, (3) the living area had a light, and (4) they had set up my mailbox themselves.
For the rent I pay it's where it should be.
The apartments are conveniently located and are charming.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
