The laundry facility is overall fine, but you can use it only till 9:00PM, it is leave you the weekends options only.. ;( And, by the way I destroyed lots of my clothes in your w/d units... The liquid detergent wasn't wasd out and and then did stuck (kinda glued, and become a plustic like) to my clothes even more during drying process! So dissappointed...
very good location, neat and clean apartments.
One feature I admire most in this community is that it is surrounded by lush trees especially during the summer season. It is like an oasis.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Take New Jersey Turnpike toward I-80/Clifton/US-46. Take exit toward Route 17/Hackensack. Merge onto I-80 West. Take Exit 64A to merge onto Route 17 North toward Paramus/Route 4/Rochelle Park. Take the Essex Street exit toward Maywood/Paterson. Turn right onto Essex Street. Turn left onto Arcadia Road (across from a diner). The leasing office, located at Hackensack Gardens, will be on the left.
