I've lived in two previous Avalon buildings in the frustrate area before this one, and I must say that Avalon Hackensack has been the best one. The buildings are kept very clean, the apartments are spacious for the prices paid, and the facilities are modern. The area is quiet enough to have just the right amount of relaxation you need, but close enough to shopping centers, malls, and NYC to still have the option to go out and have fun. I would recommend this building to any of my friends and family.
Although we've just recently transitioned to this community, my wife and I are extremely excited with our living experience within the Avalon Hackensack at Riverside. We look forward to embracing the overall beauty and good quality living that the community has to offer.
Since I have moved into Avalon at Riverside, I have been completely satisfied with my new living situation and could not be happier. Prior to the finalization of my lease, the leasing office staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly Brian. My parents and I are very grateful to Brian for all the attention and assistance he provided us during the pre move-in process. Overall, the other residents are very friendly and this definitely adds to the positive energy of the overall atmosphere here at Avalon. The location is absolutely perfect for me, as it is only a ten minute driving distance from my job at the hospital. I also take advantage of the fact that the Riverside Square Mall is within walking distance. Aside from my job and the mall, Avalon at Riverside is also near multiple eateries, stores, etc.. It is nice waking up every day and knowing that the majority of my errands are within walking distance.
Avalon living is a great community with many ammenities. My kids, my chocolate lab and I are extremely happy with our apartment and complex. There are benefits to living here for all of us. Gym, beautiful apartment and great surroundings for my lab to enjoy his outside time.
