The apartments are great and very private. The property is well maintained and the staff is very responsive to tenant needs. If there is one criticism the visitor parking is very limited. Tenant overflow tends to fill up the few visitor parking spots that are available.
We love living here. The only disappointment is the landscaping.When we moved in about 7 years ago everything was beautiful.For the last number of years, the flowers and the grass are in terrible shape.My friends have noticed as well.
Had an issue with noise with the residents that lived above me for several months. They have left the development at the end of October.
Almost everything works fine so far during our stay of more than 1 year. Amenities are good. Rooms are comfortable. Residence manager is responsive and maintenance technician is helpful. Only one issue is my bedroom is located above the garages belonging to 2 other units. The noise of garage door open/close is annoying. This issue should only be applicable to certain units.
Office staff was very helpful when issues arose. Maintenance staff was quick to respond ot urgent issues and cared about their tenants.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. From Route 287N: To Route 208 South. Proceed approximately 3/4 miles onto the Summit Avenue exit. Take the next two left turns onto Summit Avenue, heading toward Franklin Lakes.
