It was difficult to move from my big house in Livingston to a rental community, but everything about Avalon Florham Park indicates class and comfort. From the beautiful doll house outsides, to the spacious and well-kept insides, these first few weeks in Avalon have been magical. Amazing service was immediate, and my unit is positively fabulous. In addition, the amenities are ideal.
A very quiet community, friendly, goods managment office and maintenance staff.
We just moved in and love it. It's clean and spacious and worth every penny. The two car garage doesn't not really fit both are cars but the spacious and plenty street parking works for us. I would recommend any small family or business professional to these high end rentals.
From the moment you first come into the main lobby to inquire about the property, you are made to feel welcomed. The staff is top notch and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It is very clear that the Avalon cares about their property, it is well maintained and the units are beautiful. I would recommend them to any of my friends/colleagues that are moving into the area.
Very clean and the property is well kept. Ample parking and friendly people.
