Avalon is a wonderful place to live. The townhomes are spacious with a lot of natural lighting. The pool and fitness facilities are well kept, along with the landscaping around the community. It is a great place to call home.

Avalon is a great community to live in. Our townhouse is well maintained and bright. The landscaping and other amenities are well kept. The entire onsite team do a wonderful job at making sure that everything is in top shape.
It was difficult to move from my big house in Livingston to a rental community, but everything about Avalon Florham Park indicates class and comfort. From the beautiful doll house outsides, to the spacious and well-kept insides, these first few weeks in Avalon have been magical. Amazing service was immediate, and my unit is positively fabulous. In addition, the amenities are ideal.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
