Easily access I-95 and 295 to commute to New York City and Philadelphia or cross over the Delaware to Yardley for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Located near Route 29 and the Route 1 Corridor, Scudder Falls is also within commuting distance to The College of New Jersey and Rider College.

Parking is good, the pool is nice. Common areas are kept impeccable. Annette is warm, friendly and quick to handle resident concerns. The people that live here are great, very quiet and respectful of one another.
It's quiet and great location. The management staff are courteous and provide immediate attention to your requests.
For me, the location is an easy, short commute to work. I love the view of the wooded canal and quick access to I-95. The apartment staff are pleasant and very quick to address issues that arise. During the hurricane they were checking for damage and downed trees all night long. During and after snowstorms they are quick to plow and shovel parking areas and walkways. Since they live here, they put extra care and do the best they can and that makes a difference.
The apartments are spacious with a tremendous amount of closet space. Some have a beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom and hardwood floors. The laundry rooms are kept clean and are pleasant to use. Residents can walk to the nearby Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park. One problem is that the windows are 40+ years old, hard to operate and clean, and not energy efficient.
It is quiet, very clean--both inside and outside, the grounds are beautiful, any questions or concerns are taken seriously
