There is a rat infestation of the garage/storage units. I went to the office to report it and it was ignored with no follow up. Signage is confusing and unit numbers are poorly displayed. Needed to write our unit number in magic marker near the doorbell. Dumpsters are frequently overflowing, which leads to rats/skunks. Parking policy is ridiculous. Instead of having to physically go to the office with registration/insurance docs and jumping through hoops, they should mail a hanging permit for a vehicle. I pay for a parking space, my visiting mother should be able to park in my spot..

For the amount of rent charged, the complex is in awful condition. Parking and garages are poor and animals nesting in garages.

What is a Certified Resident?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
