The debris and broken glass in front of 68 from apartment rehabilitation, its a hazard for children and pets.
I only rated maintenance at a four because of one of the few times I needed them to reassemble the washer/dryer after the disconnected it, it took two weeks for them to come back. This is definitely my only issue though.
You have a wonderful amenities. It would be good if you can maintain the Kids play area by shifting the garbage dump area to another place.
There seems to be an excessive amount of stray cats roaming property. They seem harmless but the numbers are growing.
Also, there are low hanging branches on the path to the parking area need to be cut and in the same area a high concentration of yellow-jackets that swam in the grass and on the back of the cars.
The communication from the office staff about changes seems sporadic and short notice. I was not aware that a fitness center was being created until the opening. If the announcements are made on Facebook, then some residents will not receive them.
