Al, the maintenance man, has helped me on a number of occasions. He is truly such an asset to your staff, he always has a smile on his face, is so kind, and willing to help. I hope that you share this with him. He is a hard worker and my us and and I appreciate all that he does for the building.
Remove the garbage cans next to my door at Dinner in a Pinch and I might be happier. We have complained several times and nothing has been done. Washing the cans only solves a quarter of the problem. Hallways still smell disgusting.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
