IN REGARDS TO THE PARKING, I THINK THE PARKING SPACES SHOULD BE NUMBERED, WHEN NEIGHBORS HAVE COMPANY, I SOMETIMES HAVE TO PARK ELSEWHERE. ALSO I BELIEVE FOR THE AMOUNT OF RENT THAT WE ALL PAY, NEIGHBORS SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR BLINDS AND WINDOWS...APT 505 BLINDS ARE NASTY AND ALL TORN UP, MANAGEMENT SHOULD MAKE RESIDENTS BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR WINDOWS' APPEARANCE

My apartment wasn't ready when I moved in- and some of my stuff is old like my shower and such in the master bedroom. Its dirty in a way that I haven't used it at all since I moved in. And lately I feel like I am paying full rent for only using part of an apartment.
My dishwasher is old and practically comes out of the wall when I try to fill it.

What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

From 195 and the Walt Whitman Bridge: Follow signs on the 195 east to Rt. 76 east, the Walt Whitman Bridge. After crossing the bridge, stay on 76 east to Rt. 42 south to the Blackwood-Clementon Rd. to the 4th traffic light, Cherrywood Dr. Turn right onto Cherrywood Dr. and make the first left onto Broadcast Dr. Tory Estates is approximately 0.12 mile down Broadcast, on the left.
