It would be very helpful if there were something like a commercial laundry cart available to help with moving. (One of the very nice maintenance guys lent me the one used for the trash. He put a piece of carpet in the bottom so it wasn't too dirty, but it was still kind of icky. In any case, it is used for the trash so I don't think it is generally available.)
I really like the new washers and dryers and the use of the laundry cards. The laundry room itself could use some improvements because of the holes in the walls that I think were created when the pipes were updated a few years back.
I like the upgrades that are happening.
It would be nice if existing residents received upgraded appliances, new carpeting, new cabinets, etc. My unit looks and feels old.
Door men should actually open doors and assist with packages.
