The experience at Chatham Hill Apartments is great. The staff are more than helpful. I locked myself out of the apartment one day and they were there in a flash to let me in. I was so happy of their timlieness since I was afraid of being late to a meeting at work. The staff member wouldn't accept a tip he just insisted he was doing his job.

I was sold the minute I saw the model apartment for a one bedroom. Everything went smoothly and easily. Everyone who comes to visit my apartment is shocked by how spacious it is for a one bedroom, bigger than there two bedroom one, and how I have my own washer/dryer, parking garage space, pool, etc. It's the perfect place for a single person to live. - Danielle P.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
