Where I'm located it's quiet outside. The only problem I have is my neighbors under me, they're so noisy. You would think I lived down stairs and they lived up stairs. I walked past one day, by the back door and saw beds in the dining room and living room. That raised a concern, seems like to many people which would explain the noise.
Love the area friendly staff always willing to help and quick maintanence. Def want to stay here a couple more years!
everybody is nice
I enjoy living here, however as of March 1, the new parking regulations are a joke. In order to have a guest stay over you need to acquire a visitors parking pass. However, the only time to get get one is 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday. So if you work, there is no possible way to get a pass. if a significant other spends the night they risk getting towed, or if someone is to drunk to drive they must drive drunk or be towed. and the property manager said its not her concern if they crash.
New parking rules means you can no longer have guests without permission.
Kings Village residents are allowed to have guests. The new parking regulations state that any guest staying past midnight will need a parking pass to stay on the lot. There is no problem if they stay, they just need a pass in order to comply with the parking regulations. If you are unable to get to the office during the hours that it is open, you would just call and they will leave the pass for you by the office door for you to pick up.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
