Great Community and so far a very nice experience!! Beautiful grounds with on-site fitness center. Neighbors are friendly! Convenient location to shopping areas and neighborhood towns with restaurants. Right off of 287. Highly recommended!
It's just a really great place to live!
I have been very pleased with my experience at Avalon. The staff is helpful and always available when I need them. Everyone I've come in contact with has been friendly and welcoming.
It's an amazing community, this is my 3rd Avalon community and I have become a life long Avalon fan. Every community is different from the other and has its own unique characteristics and I have come to love all of them. A place I call home way from home.
Nice quit place to live. I love the view and love that this is a non smoking community.
