Living at the Avalon is comparable to staying at a three star hotel.
i haven't lived in an apartment for over 30 years and so wasn't sure what sort of transition this would be. but based on my experience so far, i can't wait to settle into the avalon community. i love the building and my apartment and am totally impressed with the representatives i've dealt with. i'm so glad i will be living there.
Apartments are great (I would have liked hardwood floors instead of carpets though even if it meant a bit more rent). Great location. Excellent management office - very professional.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
