Quite and clean enviroment
I enjoy living here, at Jamestown Square Apt. It is quiet there's no trouble. If I have a problem with anything not working they have maintenance come right out and fix it. They want to know if something isn't working because it will only get worst.
I've lived here for 5 years, it suppose to be a temporary stay but it is so nice for the price I decided to stay! The staff is great, the flowers are Beautiful and they are always doing improvements.
I've only had one problem since living here for 6 years and that's parking. I would like to see the area alil more spruced up. I feel like that's lacking at times.
The walls are very thin, you can often hear a neighbor especially if they are talking loudly, or if a child is running. The vents feel as if they are shared with your neighbors as well bc the food smells drift into your apartment and this is all if you are living upstairs. Another issue is the hot water when you are in the shower, if your neighbor puts on their hot water your water then turns cold which is highly unpleasant
