the windows desperately need to be sealed/insulated. I literally have to cover them with plactic to stop the curtains from blowing, even through closed windows. It's absolutely brutal in the winter.
I do wish that each building had more landscaping out front like building A has. Also, since there is no room for a gym, it would be awesome if we had a discounted rate with Retro Fitness across the street!
I wish to thank the staff for the excellent service for whatever problem I have since i have been here keep up the good work
Do something about the eyesore of a "tennis court. Tear it down. Put up a picnic area with a gazebo or something. It's a waste of space and the only major complaint about the community I have. The rear entrance to Northgate building needs a new lock. My key won't work in it
Assigned parking us definitely needed and also the upkeep of the exterior ofmy building is terrible. I vacuum aand clean the windows in the hallways once a week. Maybe you could try having a building captain in every section. Maybe taking off Luke 30.00 off their rent for keeping up with their area. Just a suggestion.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
