Overall the complex is lovely, the staff is attentive, the technology is in process of becoming a great asset to the property. When there are issues in the community, such as our entrance gate not syncing to 2 buildings, communication should be a more consistent.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

From the South: Take Exit #117 off the Garden State Parkway. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for NJ-35S South/Aberdeen/Hazlet and merge onto NJ-35S. On NJ-35S make the next left onto NJ-35N. Turn right onto Broadway then left to stay on Broadway. Turn right after the 1st cross street onto Maple Pl. Maple Pl turns to Main St. Turn left onto Central Ave. Community is located at the end of the road.
