I have enjoyed living at Bay Ridge apartments for well over a decade now and love my apartment for a number of reasons, one being that it allows me to really unwind and relax after a long day at work. My neighbors are friendly but are also respectful of each others' need for privacy and quietness, especially late in the evening and overnight, so there have never been any distractions and loud noises and other annoyances to contend with from "the neighbors". Also, for another reason, on weekends, and days home, it can be fun, especially in the summer, to take walks around the grounds and the pond, or to sit on the patio in the mornings with my newspaper and cup of coffee, just taking in the sunshine and enjoying the sight of the trees and other elements of nature and listening to the sounds of the birds. Still another reason is that the office and maintenance personnel are always willing to listen and resolve any challenges that come up in a timely manner.
Bay Ridge is a very great experience from the get go. They have a very friendly staff and the portal to pay the rent and sign the lease makes life so much easier. Very peaceful neighborhood.
Also very convenient for commuters to have route 3 so close and walmart,market basket,best buy, mall and so much more so close.Plus having a washer and dryer at home makes it easy for laundry days!

A nice peaceful community. Great response to service requests. Friendly staff in the leasing office. Excellent location. Decent clubhouse. Modern amenities. The only drawback is the trash dumpsters are located sparingly.
Bay Ridge Apartments is an excellent place to live! We love the location, so close to restaurants and shopping and the highway just a minute away. The grounds are well maintained and we love the dog park! The fitness center is small but clean and well kept and never so busy that you can't get the machine you want to use. The maintenance crew is very responsive , they come the same day you submit a request and are very friendly and efficient. My favorite parts of the apartment are definitely the pantry, the laminate floors and the laundry room. Having full sized laundry machines in the apartment is a big improvement over our last place, the washer even has extra capacity for quilts and blankets. Our only minor complaint is that the kitchen could use updating: everything works and is in decent shape but its all old and worn. Still an excellent apartment in a great location.

Our community is located at 25 Bay Ridge Drive which is right off Everett Turnpike Route 3 . We are 1 mile from Royal Ridge Plaza 1.5miles from Southgate Plaza and 1.75 miles from Pheasant Lane Mall. Major Cross Streets Spit Brook Rd and Route 3. From Route 495 Take North Everett Turnpike Route 3 heading north and continue for about 9 miles crossing from Massachusetts into New Hampshire . Take the exit for Spit Brook Road exit 1 towards South Nashua . Turn left at the stoplight onto Spit Brook Road and go underneath the overpass. At the second set of lights turn left onto Brook Village Road. Continue for about.3 miles and you will see the Bay Ridge at Nashua sign on your right. Turn right onto Bay Ridge Drive and follow the outline of the pond until you reach the clubhouse on your right.
