Although I live in an outdated apartment, i.e. counter tops ,dishwasher, air conditioner, I still find that for the money the size of the apartment fits my needs perfectly. I still have a problem with some residents not following the "dog" rules, but I can live with that. It has got better since I move in 3 years ago. I have nothing but the upmost respect for the maintenance staff. When there is a problem they are right on top of it and have a great outlook and complete the task ahead with great enthusiasm, making sure all the work is done right the first time .Their work ethics are above and beyond the norm. As long as this continues to be as such I will be a resident here at Country Side Village. Well done everyone ! My likes and dislikes are: Location and overall security.Property maintenance and support.
They take poor care of the inside of the buildings. Even after having the carpets cleaned - they're too far gone and need to be replaced. The doors are always soiled and gross and the mail room is always full of junk mail. Residents are allowed to store furniture/appliances on their patios, which really brings down the outside appearance of the buildings. Had I realized there was no upkeep of the inside of the buildings when I was moving in, I would have chosen to move elsewhere. My likes and dislikes are: Great location, and the grounds are well kept for the most part - however no one cleans up after their dogs. There is dog waste everywhere. The dumpsters are also constantly a disaster, surrounded by trash that fell out when the garbage trucks came, and this gets blown around. However, they take good care of landscaping/mulch/etc. And the office staff is fantastic. They make every attempt to deal with issues, even if they are beyond their control of actually doing anything (interior of the buildings need cleaning, and they've made attempts to have this taken care of. Short of doing it themselves, I feel they really have done all they can).
I really enjoyed living here and will miss this place, but life is always evolving and sometimes circumstances change our destinies! Thank you to the entire staff of Country Village for making my stay here a pleasant one! Maria Murber :) My likes and dislikes are: The Staff are the best!!! They treat you like family and with dignity! They made me feel very comfortable here and the maintenance crew are so awesome!!! Always there to help the tenants out and with a smile too!!!
I enjoy living here. There have been the occasional apartment living issues, like garbage here and there in the halls, or the occasional loud car stereo in the parking lot, but everything gets cleared up very quickly. The area is really pretty and the apartments are good-sized and provide a feeling of home. This has been one my best rental experiences. My likes and dislikes are: The grounds are well maintained. Everyone is relatively quiet. There are plenty of amenities. Management actively encourages activities, like book clubs and pizza nights. The staff is always willing to address your needs and you never feel like a burden.
I wish they had more opportunities for recycling. My likes and dislikes are: It is in a great location. Maintenance does a great job at fixing things.
