Staff are always helpful and friendly. Nice amenities and well maintained facility.
My sister and I moved in less than a year ago, and even before we signed our lease, one of the management folks knew our names everytime we came back. And they still do! The only downside is we have particularly loud Neighbors across the way, so some mandatory quiet hours would be nice.
The location is what brought me in, the appearance and surroundings (pool, gym, etc) in the lobby and the friendly, inviting staff. I love the cozy feel of my place and how safe I feel inside it or whether I am coming home in the dark (I know you didn't want anything about safety but it is huge to me!). I would recommend it The Villas to my family and friend or a complete stranger! It is home to me!!!
I have had a little trouble getting repairs and or things serviced in my apartment in a timely manner. Otherwise completely satisfied
Grounds keeper is making great strides in the dog waste problem. Cigarette butts are better since notice posted at each apartment. Garbage control, especially fri, sat, sun, mon is a real problem. We either need more frequent pick up or more containers. I think overflowing trash containers is a real health hazard and definitely an eyesore for any potential tenets visiting the property. Also, we need more recycle bins. Tenants fill the one recycle bin with reg trash on the weekends. drive 2 fast!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
