The grounds are always kept well. Any requests for repairs are done promptly and correctly. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The staff has been exemplary in courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. They have gone the extra mile in all my requests, making sure the very minor repairs I've needed have been tended to promptly and competently. I've been given bonuses simply for being a good tenant and renewing my leases, so that I cherish the life I have here. The grounds are lovely, my neighbors friendly and the air here is scented by the several species of plants and sage. It's simply the best rental community in Reno.
I have had some maintenance calls while I've been here and they've all been handled well. The employees are all very nice. The complex externally is taken care of quite well. I like my neighbors and it is quiet here,except I can hear every footstep upstairs. I really like it here and would like to stay, but they raised my rent 5.5% last spring. if this continues, I won't be able to stay, unfortunately. I am a senior on a fixed income. If not for that raise,rating would be excellent.
When I am in need of having something fixed in my apartment they are attentive to my needs.
Since this management team took over, a couple of years ago, they have upgraded tenant services. They are working to upgrade the property. Even though I do not agree all pets are welcome. Some pets (dogs) are OK, but we have way too many. Staff should pay more attention to dog barking. Several visitor parking near the office is taken by staff, they should park on the street. Also staff should check vehicles that park and don't move for days,One black truck hasn't moved for more than 3 months.
