My husband and I have 20 years experience in residential property management and know quality performance. The office and maintenance staff are responsive to all needs and requests and resolve any issues very quickly. Everyone is always friendly and upbeat. We really enjoy our home here.
I am a working senior and sincerely appreciate that my 4-apt building is quiet. Living at Creekside has been a delight and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is all the dogs in the apartments. The owners bring them all out at night and don't pick up their poo. This is a no pet apartment so I can't figure out how all these dogs end up there. A 1/2 lb miniature chihuahua can't possibly be a service animal. Other than that, it's great.
I have lived here for 14 years. That should be a good reason. I did not rate excellent, because of the transient nature of a rental community, sometimes the other tenants can be below par.
very quiet working class complex, condition okay but could be improved, patio storage door in bad shape, will not lock, over all meets my needs
The office Manager staff and maintenance crew, whenever there might be a problem of any sort are not only prompt but courteous. The only reason this is not an "excellent" rating is due to the area and the steps,leading to my apartment , which needs work.I have been here almost fourteen years, and have no intentions of going anywhere else. Be advised my answers are just in the area I live.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
