Apt. is very good for my living style, location of same is very quiet and the rent is manageable.
I love living here. Very nice people n management. Maintenance man could be better, takes forever to get something done. The maintenance man that was here when i moved in was great, but this one now can really improve. Overall it is great.
The reason I did NOT give an excellent is because the stairwells to the outside have never been cleaned. NASTY, especially the one that goes outside to Sixth St., which is the one I need to use. Has vomit, never cleaned, and there for almost 2 years now, as well as, the outline of dog dodo that had the runs on the landing for nearly four years now, was half wiped up but the outline was left by maintenance because by the time maintenance got there it was already drying; stairwell cleaning negat
When you go to the office and want to have a problem with someone that lives here. It does not do any good to go to the office because they do not do anything about it.
I have oticed some very undesireable new tenants recently. When I first moved in the place was much cleaner do to the fact there were 2 maintenance people here at all times.
