Up keep of the home before move in was good. Maitanence is always on time and all of my concerns are met.

Office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. The only complaint would be that I did not get apartment without carpet as promised and apartment manager failed to adequately address the issue.
At the moment i get paid once every month on the second Wednesday. So I always have to pay a late fee. I asked for a different pay period and i was told that the policy doesn't allow them. This just makes another way to steal money subtle.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
