The need of the tenants is not well responded or ignored at all,specially those people(tenants)who live in furnished units.
The building I live in has a problem with the kitchen sink backing up. Has been a problem since 2007 when I moved in. They are working hard to try and fix the problem.
The staff here are just amazing. They care about the well being of the residence here.
Location close to my job, shopping, and the Strip. Responsive to maintenance requests. Very friendly staff. Mature landscaping , kept trimmed and clean. Covered parking lowers car temperature during the summers and allows entry and exit from vehicle during rainy season without getting wet. Convenient laundry facilities close to my unit. Quiet,,Quiet,,,Quiet..this from a day sleeper. THANK YOU!! We ARE a 3 shift town..Graveyard workers APPRECIATE Vista del Valle!!
