I lived at Indian Ridge on 2 different times and enjoyed both times living there. The neighbors were great the management is off the chain.
I absolutely love living here. The grounds are clean and the office staff and maintenance are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues. I have been here for 3 yrs and I have enjoyed every moment of it.
Indian Ridge has been, by far, the best experience in an apartment complex we've ever experienced. Coming from California, the smoking was a bit to get used to, but a solution was easy. Close the window. Things that we out of our control were handled quickly by the management without issue, and those issues were few and far between. It was a really nice change to what we were used to. Quiet and comfortable.
the office staff is fine except if you have to deal the lady on the weekend (vanessa)., very rude and sassy. not the right fit for her job. dont know how to talk to the residents,particullarly about issues with in the unit and scheduling for repairs. if she doesnt get her way ,she hangs up on you after arguing and nothing gets done after that,.. no return phone call,reschedule the work,no apology..
Handicap patients should have a handicap parking available for them. It is so hard to maneuver my handicap husband in between cars most especially when the car park so close to our car. Thank you very much.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
