Anything I ever needed or anything I ever wanted has been fulfilled. Not infested with bugs really clean apartment.
Makes my life easier compared to owning a home .
Excellent management and maintenance staff, probably the best I have ever seen. Response to concerns are immediate. The special events, such as dinner and pie day for all residents is a special way for residents to get to know each other, something otherwise almost impossible. The amenities,such as the exercise room, indoor and outdoor pools are always well-kept. Allowing pets, cats, dog (both large and small) is a positive for people relocating who mayotherwise who have to giveup pet
Both of the office associates are amazingly sweet and always go above and beyond to be helpful. The apartment grounds are always maintained well. And the apartment themselves are resonably priced for the space and neighbborhood. The only problem we have ever run into is a lack of renters picking up after pets. Which is hard to keep in check when you dont know who the responcible party is. The staff all do great jobs.
Manager and assitant manager are professional, but warm, friendly and sincere with the patrons. Their spirit shows in the office by making it comfortable and inviting to all. The activities for the residents are great and the children's activities are an extra plus.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
