Staff is very professional, considerate, quick to respond to any concerns you might have and friendly. Complex and landscaping is well kept. My husband and I really enjoy living here.
I love where I live, signing my 3rd lease here in a few days & got a coworker to move here because everyone knows how picky I am.
The Manager is great and always available. The Assnt manager is kirt and appears to have no interest in the residents. Maintenance team is prompt with service. Rental rates are average to size of units in the Market, however without consideration of the age and location of the units which should discount the unit rental price by 5% below market.
As a resident for the past 7 years, I sure have enjoyed and very satisfied living here, as well being closer to shopping,etc. So far as for the management in the front office very nice and friendly and of course very helpful and in solving any problems when needed.
i moved into these apartments the end of june - it is now mid september and a majority of the items that needed to be fixed on my 48hr move-in checklist have still not been fixed. I also didnt have a working dishwasher the whole first month i lived here. The air conditioner is so extremely loud, that it is difficult to sleep even with the bedroom doors shut. ive also been told since my move in that this would be taken care of and still has not been.
