no worrys its all good
I think overall Avenue 965 is in a great location you're making many changes to the building as I've only been here a few months in a moving quickly with the progress anything that I might need fixed within my unit happens fairly quickly however my main complaint is as beautiful as it is to the eye there is a major bug problem again like I said they are quick to respond to my concern however I'm not seeing any improvement with this bug issue .
Before moving in they said they had maybe one or two bugs every once in a while but the place is infested with roaches and the water I can't stay one temperature it either goes very cold or extremely hot burning yourself so a lot of things here. There are more but I don't mention them because then I'd be complaining too much I'm not a person that really likes to complain but you guys it asked for the survey so I put two main cases here. You get what you pay for. I lived there for one year and in that time there were 4 different office staff members, that was concerning.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
