    The lansdscapers should remediate or fix the irrigation outside so the plants, shrubbery, trees and vegetation do not perish or die. The small volume of water is not too expensive and, therefore, we residents can afford the small or minimal cost of a few dollars. The property would look better with healthy, viable and living landscaping. I choose Villa Serena for the appearance. The trees need trimming, however, they get trimmed somewhat excessively! Shade reduces the air conditioning costs

    when you call about a problem they do come fix it right away. usually don't have to wait to long if its important repair.

    They allow the swimming pool to be open 24 hours a day. This allows for a lot of disturbances.
