We've lived here for 15 years.../if we didn't enjoy being here we would have moved.
Shenandoah is the most beautiful and well run complex I have ever lived in! The landscaping is gorgeous and the grounds are well kept & maintained.
Not To Happy About Rate Increase After Only 1 Year Also Being A Downstairs Tennant Is Great Except There Is Nothing Between The Ceiling And Upstairs Neighbors The Noise Is Horrible And Our Upstairs Neighbor Is Very Conciderate And Trys Not To Be Noisey.Just Renewed Our Lease In April But Definitly Thinking About What We Will Do Next Year Especially If The Rent Increases Again
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
