I was impressed with the office staff trying to get me approved and after I moved in I was really pleased on how quiet the property was
I have enjoyed living here; for the most part I am happy with the area I live in. I have nice neighbors, and I feel safe in the environment I'm in. The grounds have been kept clean and the maintenance crew are great guys. If I have an issue, I am treated with respect. The personnel in the leasing office have been professional and courteous.
no one has checked my smoke detectors batteries for 2 years. I have not had a new heater pad replaced in 2 years. Tired of dog pooping. Mold in my bathroom. Was told to scrub it. Hairs in the wall where they just painted over without cleaning. Light switches dirty. Not the outside plate, but the light switch. Filthy. Window blinds dirty. Carpet appeared clean, but soon revealed to be very dirty. I know that 1975 is when these apt. were built. I guess it is what is.
Still have major pigeon problems even after to the office attention. I know that they an only do so much but I feel that more effort can be put into it. At move in the apartment could have been cleaner, mostly the heater vents were clogged with pieces of carpet.
We love living in this complex and the staff is always helpful. Whenever we need maintenance done, our request is always done in a timely manner. The only thing I would change is the parking.. I dont like how some residents have assigned covered parking while the others of us have to fight for a "first come first serve" parking spot. Other than that we are very pleased.
