put up a fence along the highway 6 w dodge rd to stop cars from driving through the yard when there are wrecks when the traffic is backed up. residents took pictures and stopped half a dozen vehicles 7 20 14
I like the location and the 'safe' feel of residing here. Great staff and the maintenance staff are superior. Feedback I would have is to have residents keep patio areas clean and in an orderly manner to improve exterior appearance; garages I have rented have water come into them when it rains or snow melts and minor items need attention when residents move out (ie. mirrors with adhesive backing so through, bathtub not keeping water in tub, amount of air flow/draft thru patio doors).
Good location, when I call for maintenance it gets done in a timely manner, just a convenient place for me to live.

The apartment itself is wonderful. Updated appliances. Fireplace. Nice sized master room. Plenty of cupboard space. I feel safe in the neighborhood, especially at night. Parking is much better than the horror stories I read while looking for an apartment. And to top it off, the office staff is amazing. They are always kind and willing to help. And they remember our names! Great customer service.
