The maintenance department does an excellent job. The majority of my work orders are addressed and fixed the same day or at the latest the next morning. The office staff is friendly and effective. I've always felt welcome here and the other residents are friendly. Overall the entire staff goes above and beyond to make living here enjoyable.
The staff is so friendly they treat us as family not just renters. Also the apartments are huge!!
The apartment is very spacious for the price. The maintenance is superb. I feel it is well managed.
The manager is awesome, she listens to concerns and acts promptly and accordingly. The grounds are kept up nicely. My 3rd floor 1br is very spacious and quiet, have never had a noise complaint. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to work orders. My only disappointment is the new water/sewer/trash charges of $38/month for a 1br which I feel is too much.
Beautiful landscaping, lots of trees and lush lawns. I love the quietness of this neighborhood.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
