We love the Brandeis!
Excellent apartment to live in.
We have been here since 2014 and instantly loved it here! It feels like home, and we treat it just like it was actually ours. The movie night and the nacho night to cook is a great way to meet our Brandeis neighbors. The only flaw is not having a balcony or a really nice outdoor space to enjoy. We miss our porch on our last house, but are so close to the Gene Leahy Mall and plenty of green space.
Love the integrity that was preserved in this old building. Location is excellent with dining, shopping and entertainment within walking distance and short distance to interstate highways too. Building entrances and exits as well as access to certain floors are secure and restricted to residents with a key fob. Grounds are in excellent condition and extremely clean. Staff are especially friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Maintained and Conceirge services included in rent are the lagniappe!
Staff is friendly and they take care of any issues very promptly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
