Well maintained grounds, maintenance guys are excellent, attached garages, no dogs, I like children but not where I live, close to shopping and Standing Bear Lake.
I think that Standing Bear apts provide the most benefits and amenities. I can live here longer before I have to move on to a more cared for situation. I have an attached garage across the hall from my apt., the mail is delivered inside the building, my paper is delivered by my apt. door, I have a walk in shower, I have no steps to climb, there is a fitness center within a block of my apt. and I am within a mile of just about everything that I might need. Also, the apts are spacious.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
