A well balanced location with great services, clean safe and well maintained.
Very one of my requests for maintenance that is required in my apt has been completed within a day or as soon as the replaced part was available.
overall the apartment comunity is kept up on a regular basis. always clean. I am definitely pleased with this community since I chose to move here over a year ago. The only down fall I have is when I asked if I could move to a larger unit in the complex I was told I could but would have to pay $200 just to move at the beginning of my lease or $400 if it was in the middle. I just did not agree nor understand that concept
The walls in the closests, the bathroom, and bedroom have severe cracking which is a little concerning and really detracts from the residence. Two days is not enough of a notice if maintenance is coming I cannot kennel my dog and its hard for me to find an alternative place for him to go in that short of notice. I do not like that they charge you for cable in your rent when we do not need or want the service.
I like the office staff and the speed at which my needs are addressed. I like the monthly get-togethers. I like the cleanliness of the grounds. If I could change anything, I would make it non-smoking and I would add a little playground for children.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
