The apartments and grounds are well maintained. Any maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner.
The reserved parking is unfair to the 3201 units. Proportionately we have the most reserved parking spots in an area that always had the least amount of parking available to residents.
it is a lovely place with beautiful grounds, pool, and nice people. My negatives would be the poor quality and price per month of the carports just built. we have had some significant rent raises and then we were to add 35 dollars a month for a carport space.. they do not have enough maintenance staff for a complex this big, and the skills of the staff are not always the best. both the exceptions to this problem have quit. lots of work n my apartment (when I moved in) was poorly done.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
