Well kept grounds, maintenance timely when called, office staff courteous and welcoming, apartment is perfect in size and lots of windows and light.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. It is in the prefect location - close to everything. I'm always amazed at how nice the grounds look.
Staff is wonderful. Landscaping is well maintained. Apartment was spotless when we moved in. I was so impressed!
Landscape is great and all, but I work nights and get woken up a lot by workers.
The location is great! And the rooms are a nice size too. Moving from a house, it would be nice to have more storage and I don't like the idea of having to pay for a laundry card or a carport but other than that, its a great spot...as long as you know that along with the wonderful access to the park comes some little creepy crawlers (spiders and ants).
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
