Quick and efficient!
The location is great because of access to Manchester Road, 141, and also multiple stores and restaurants.
Always been satisfied with lenght of time to get services as well as quality of service.

Horrible parking options -- multiple times, we've had to park in completely separate lots due to other units having well beyond 2 cars/unit. We also moved into a unit with several issues, such as an A/C that only works sometimes and a stove top with a pretty heavy slant with the heating coils. We went with AT&T Uverse and found out that our building's wiring is too old to allow for Internet speeds for which we're paying -- paying for 18 mbps and getting around 10 mbps.

The apartment we moved into was in pretty poor condition from day one. It took all of the excitement about moving into our new place away! Sink did not drain, light switches were missing. Hand rails were not properly installed as 1 piece, so they broke in two when you used them. The basement smells awful-like stale old cigarettes! There paint job is terrible! Paints is globbed everywhere! Somethings were painted too heavily and some things weren't at all. And the bathroom vanity's were stained.
