I have been so happy living here! You get a great value for the price you pay. I love our 2 bedroom, 2 bath which is perfect for my husband and I as well as for entertaining guests. The complex is always improving and upgrading, which I really appreciate. Our neighbors are wonderful. I always feel safe here and I'm so happy to be living here for a second year!
The staff is top notch!
The Reserve at Barry is in a great community(near 2 highways and shopping) and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I feel like the price for a 1 bedroom is high and the parking lots are not well lit.
The community is quiet and neighbors stay to themselves. The grounds are always clean and the grass / shrubs are always manicured. When I had some flooding issues, maintenance resolved the issue in a reasonable amount of time. I would make on final suggestion, the club house needs to have working cable and a pool table. In addition, the exercise facility needs to have the TV repairs.
The apartment complex is older and they hace begun making improvements. The only real negatives I have are the feeling there is not any or much insulation in the exterior walls and the residents that do not clean up after themselves. But that cannot be pinned sole on the complex.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
