From the moment I began searching for apartments in Kansas City, the staff of 910 Penn has been more than helpful. The property manager was kind and accommodating for a first-time renter such as myself. Maintenance has been speedy in conducting repairs on the space, and if issues take more than a day to resolve, residents are regularly informed of what measures have been taken and how long it should take to complete. The trains at night can be somewhat annoying, but one gets used to it.
Nine ten penn apartments is a great place. You have a warm and friendly staff that is very capable of doing there job in the community. I love it here. And I will most likely be staying a few years. I really like the fact that it has a boiler and chiller. Can't find any other place with that, it's great for residents for the simple fact that I have no utility costs
It's an older apartment with fewer amenities than my last residence, but the service is good. We had some problems last year with the heating and air conditioning going out on rare occasions which made it uncomfortable until it was fixed, which prevented me from giving the complex an Excellent rating.
There have been a few issues (as to be expected with an older building) but the property manager has been on top of the issues and done her best to fix any issues. The apartment building is old, the outside, the lobby and the hallways aren't glamorous (kind of the opposite), but the rooms themselves are spacious and very nice! Definitely lots of space for the price. I'd say the only bad thing that can't be fixed is that the shower water changes temperatures a lot. But its not unbearable.
I love that I can walk to work, and if the weather is bad, I can catch the bus right out front.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
